Bryan McLaren, CEO of emerging industry real estate company Zoned Properties (Scottsdale, AZ), is joining two industry executive councils as a result of his company’s thought leadership and influence in the real estate industry. Zoned Properties has also become a member of the influential U.S. Green Building Council. The company has also launched its new website in tandem with these announcements.  

Forbes Real Estate Council

Mr. McLaren has joined the Forbes Real Estate Council, an exclusive group for real estate executives. He’s the Council’s first member from the licensed medical marijuana industry to join the council. To become a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, prospective members must have an office or HQ in North America, have a minimum of $1 million in financing or a minimum of $1 million in revenue. McLaren and Zoned Properties qualified on both fronts.

Vistage Group

Mr. McLaren is also a founding member of the first executive Vistage group in the Scottsdale area. Vistage is a leading business advisory and executive coaching organization, with over 21,000 members in 20 countries worldwide. McLaren expects to help Vistage grow to create a community of leaders to share business issues, industry knowledge, and group goal support.

USGBC is a driving force in the green building sector, as a result of its community work, industry collaboration, market research publications, and professional credentials.

The new site helps visitors learn about its mission to identify, develop, and lease sophisticated, safe, and sustainable properties in emerging industries, including the licensed medical marijuana industry. At the site, guests can learn about Zoned Properties’ project design, construction plans and expansion results. Current and prospective investors also will find easy access to company details, including recent stock news and information. Zoned Properties trades on the OTC markets.
