Do you have an old or worn U.S. flag that you would like to retire honorably and with respect? Consider taking advantage of opportunities for U.S. Flag retirement at the Mayer St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store.

Head to the location at 3076 AZ-69 in Mayer to place your flag or flags in a bin at the thrift store. You can do this from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and this is a great way to retire your worn flags.

American Legion Post 122 will collect the flags from the thrift store. You can also sign up for a text to tell you when to fly your flag at half-staff by texting 35893 to do so.
