CARE 7 is a Social Services program that works alongside the Tempe Police and Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department to provide support to residents of the Tempe community on their worst day. The program provides 24-hour assistance with tragedies such as: domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, drowning, traffic accidents and a list of other horrific situations.
A need exists to provide a unit so that CARE 7 is able to store a variety of items they receive to help victims get back on their feet. Class XXXI is working toward providing a storage unit for large and/or overflow of donations. They are also raising funds to renovate the existing CARE 7 facility in order to provide greater comfort for the people they serve. The renovation includes painting and interior design as well as furniture, toys, books and other items to help enhance the facility.
Come join Tempe Leadership Class XXXI for a night of drinks, appetizers, and music all while raising funds for CARE 7. The event will host a silent auction and each purchased ticket includes one beverage along with appetizers, $40 per ticket includes one drink ticket, appetizers and tons of fun!
