720 volunteers, 120 at a time, will gather to don hairnets and pack 150,000 meals to be shipped to children in need in Haiti through Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). Since Hurricane Matthew, the need for assistance on the island is even greater and FMSC’s Hope Filled Holidays is one way Phoenix residents are giving back. 250 volunteers are still needed to help achieve this goal.
Join us on Friday, Dec. 9 or Saturday, Dec. 10 for two hours of fun-filled volunteering at Mesa Community College Navajo Room, 1833 W. Southern Ave. in Mesa, near the clock tower. Children as young at 5 can participate.
