Diners can choose either a three or five-course dinner ($60/3-courses, $80/5-courses) plus wine pairing. Entrees include pan-roasted quail with Yucca succotash and agave lime glaze, poached Cobia with Chinese broccoli, shitake mushrooms and udon noodles or NY strip steak with roasted fingerling potatoes, oyster mushrooms and blackberry demi glace.  Appetizers, first, cheese and dessert courses are also included plus a champagne toast.
