Whitestone REIT announces Rodizio Grill, America’s First Brazilian Steakhouse, will soon open in Mesa’s premiere lifestyle shopping center, Village Square at Dana Park on South Val Vista Drive and the U.S Highway 60. Its first location in Arizona; The Grill will introduce an authentic Brazilian dining experience with a spirit of fun, adventure and alegria (happiness).

“Rodizio Grill offers an experience that transports you to Brazil, with all its culture and tastes. Here you can escape the ordinary. Rodizio Grill holds three annual promotions unique to Rodizio Grill: Bacon Fest, Rodizio Americano BBQ Fest, and Wild Game Fest. These events offer the traditional Rodizio favorites alongside limited-time custom menu items created to tempt, challenge and dazzle taste buds.

Opening in a 6,900-square-foot space north of California Pizza Kitchen, the restaurant features rotisserie grilled meat, expertly seasoned and carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos. While the meats are the main attraction, they are complemented with an award-winning gourmet salad bar, marked by original salads, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and authentic hot side dishes.

Established in 1995 in Denver, Colorado, Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian “churrasco” steakhouse in the United States and the Dana Park restaurant is the first location in Arizona.

Other changes to Dana Park include the opening of Relax the Back, a specialty store that sells back support products and self-care solutions for customers seeking relief from back and neck pain, and, just in time for the Halloween season, the opening of Spirit Halloween Store. Additionally, there’s been a name change for the former Beauty Spot, now Flow Hair Society. The salon is an approved Aveda Salon Products distributor; a professional hair and skin care line using plant and flower-based products that are good for the environment.
