TeleTech is hiring! The business process outsourcing company, recognized for providing quality customer experience management, has over twenty open positions in their Phoenix office.

The company is looking for a full-time Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Care Representative. This position includes taking inbound calls from customers regarding their health insurance, wellness programs, and prescription plans, and providing the best solutions for customers’ health and financial stability and wellbeing. TeleTech is looking to hire dedicated, reliable caring and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others through difficult times and interested in advancing their customer service career. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as six months of previous customer service or sales experience.

TeleTech is hosting two onsite career fairs this week where those interested can learn more. They are set for Tuesday and Wednesday, August 22 and 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 16404 N. Black Canyon Hwy., Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85053.
