
Peoria Greekfest 2017 is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet!
2017’s festival will be the 30th in the history of Peoria, making this year a huge celebration of Greek culture and community!
St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church is organizing the event, which will take place over the weekend of February 10, 11 and 12 and is also sponsored by Budweiser and the City of Peoria. Guests can expect to find a delicious variety of Greek food and pastries, live music, Greek dancing, children’s activities and much more!
Over the years, the festival has been a huge success, raising awareness for Greek culture in the valley and bringing the Peoria community together. The festival will take place at St. Haralambos, located at 7590 W. Pinnacle Peak Road, just east of 83rd Avenue.
Guests will be able to sample a huge array of Greek food, including Kalamari, Smelts, Sagnaki, Greek Fries, Gyros, Souvlakis, and much more.
The festival will be open Friday 5 pm to 10 pm, Saturday 11 am to 10 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 8 pm.
