FlourishNow is all about empowering individuals and strengthening families. According to their official website, the multi-state organization helps individuals restore dignity through meaningful work and positive relationships while helping them become self-sufficient.

One of their special events is coming to the valley with hopes of informing and helping those that need an extra dose of encouragement. On Tuesday, August 15th, the organization will host it’s Job Club Work2Win Event at the Desert Willow Apartments in Tempe (1901 E. Don Carlos). From 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, the group’s proven job club format will focus on seven key areas to help attendees discover the job they want, need and deserve.

Lessons may include making resumes stand out, next steps to employment, identifying and communicating transferable skills, researching employers and hidden jobs, interview practice and preparation and much more.

This class is free, but spots are limited and those interested are encouraged to RSVP today.
