The Arizona Cardinals are looking ahead to a busy schedule during preseason, which will take them away from their Glendale headquarters and to the 2017 Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.
Former Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on August 5th, and the Cardinals are set to play the Dallas Cowboys in the annual game on Thursday, August 3rd.
The Hall of Fame game will take place in the new Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
This will mark the team’s fifth appearance in the Hall of Fame game, with the last being the 2012 game against the New Orleans Saints.
This announcement means that the Cardinals will play five preseason games instead of the usual four and they will need to start training camp earlier than normal.
Warner joins twelve other Hall of Famers who spent a significant part of their career with the Cardinals.
