Here’s a heads up for Flagstaff drivers!

A busy section of the city will be closed to traffic on Monday as crews complete repair work.

According to City of Flagstaff officials, crews with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway will shut down San Francisco Street, north of Phoenix Avenue at the railroad tracks, as they work on track repairs near the Amtrak Station and Visitor’s Center.

This closure will begin at 6 a.m. on Monday morning, June 18, and continue through 6 p.m. that evening. Those who drive through this area will need to take an alternate route during this time frame.
