Thinning Brows? Phoenix Spa Introduces Microblading Procedure

Full and nicely shaped eyebrows are arguably one of the most visually enhancing facial features. Nowadays, individuals who may not have the perfect pair of brows can improve and update them by using brow gels, brow pencils and powder, and even permanent tattooing.

But now there is a new option to improve the look of eyebrows and also cut makeup application time. It’s called Brow Microblading and it can deliver semi-permanent results.

Suddenly Slimmer Day and Med Spa in Phoenix is introducing this latest beauty enhancement under the guidance of senior aesthetician, Dannielli Marcelino, who claims to be the Valley’s Brow Microblading expert. Dannielli performs Brow Microblading along with a variety of other services to help her clients achieve their beauty goals.

“Brow Microblading is not like getting a regular tattoo,” explains Dannielli. “It is a form of tattoo artistry where we use a handheld tool instead of a machine to implant pigment into the skin.”

Dannielli uses her skills to draw hair-like strokes with the handheld tool to make the hairs appear natural. The result is very natural-looking, from the appearance of the hair follicles to the color.

As for pain levels, Dannielli said that many clients describe the process as being scratched by a sharp object. It isn’t unbearable, and numbing creams may be applied to lessen the discomfort. The treatment can last about two hours or more, and redness and slight swelling may occur after the procedure.

Dannielli suggests that clients get a touch-up every six months. The MicroBlading results last 2 to 3 years.

“The beauty about this procedure is that you’ll always have perfectly-shaped brows that look full,” said Dannielli. “And you’ll save money on expensive eyebrow makeup.”
