The Hash Kitchen Opening New Eateries in Scottsdale, Arcadia

Fans of breakfast, brunch and a well-stocked Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar will soon have two new places to satisfy their morning appetites. The Hash Kitchen Creative Breakfast & Bar plans to open a new location in North Scottsdale on November 2nd at 7:00 a.m. Another location in the Arcadia area is currently in the works. The two new locations come on the heels of success at the original location in Scottsdale’s Shops at Gainey Village.

Co-owner and Executive Chef Joey Maggiore oversees the food and beverage direction and his wife and co-owner, Cristina, directs the restaurants’ operations. The Hash Kitchen is a part of a father-and-son operated culinary group, Maggiore Culinary Concepts, co-owned by Phoenix restauranteur, Tomaso Maggiore, who established Tomaso’s Italian Restaurant on the Camelback Corridor in 1977.

“We are so proud of the initial success of The Hash Kitchen and are excited to bring our creative brunch fare to North Scottsdale,” said Joey Maggiore, executive chef and co-owner of Maggiore Culinary Concepts.  “We wanted to create a concept where customers could dine and experience re-imagined breakfast dishes in a casual yet lively atmosphere and we look forward to expanding throughout the Valley.”

The new location in North Scottsdale is at 14838 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. and includes a spacious lounge, an indoor-and-outdoor bar area with an open-air dining option along with an extensive Build-Your-Own Bloody-Mary bar. The Build-Your-Own-Bloody-Mary bar boasts over 50 unique garnishes that diners can choose from, including mozzarella sticks, corn dogs, pickled hard boiled eggs and pepperoni sticks along with five different infused vodkas: bacon, cucumber, cilantro-lime, jalapeño and smoked salmon for a unique morning cocktail experience.

The Hash Kitchen will debut a fresh morning-centric menu for the opening with a twist on American breakfast items including Peanut Butter Captain Crunch Breakfast Popsicles ($6), Breakfast Lasagna ($14) and Mimosa Flights ($15). The new morning meals will be an addition to the eclectic variety of not-your-average hashes, eggs benedict, frittatas, scramblers, pancakes and waffles. New additions to the lunch menu will include the Crab Roll ($16), Cubano Sandwich ($14) and Blackened Salmon Salad ($15). These new lunch items will be added to a line-up of sandwiches, salads and burgers.

The restaurant will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with live DJ-provided music for weekend brunch starting at 10 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
