TEMPE – by Brian Irvine: Tempe Vice Mayor Robin Arredondo-Savage and Councilmembers Joel Navarro and Kolby Granville have endorsed Representative Celeste Plumlee’s campaign to keep her seat in the Arizona House of Representatives. Arredondo-Savage, Navarro, and Granville have been instrumental in bringing Tempe into a model, 21st century city.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Representative Celeste Plumlee to bring real, lasting change to our community. Celeste is a capable leader in the Arizona House of Representatives and I have the utmost confidence that she will continue to move Tempe and Arizona in a positive direction,” said Councilman Joel Navarro.
“As a Tempe resident and Arizona native, having the endorsement of Vice Mayor Arredono-Savage and councilmembers Navarro and Granville is an incredibly meaningful step for my campaign. Representative Celeste Plumlee is a social worker and community advocate. She is an Arizona native and lives in Tempe with her two children. Celeste has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology as well as a Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees, all of which she earned at Arizona State University. She represents Legislative District 26, which includes parts of Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix, and the Salt River Pima –Maricopa Indian Community.
