Each cooler comes packed with freshly prepared food by Execute Chef Jon Andersen, bottles of soda and water, and even plates and napkins so guests don’t have to worry about a thing. Simply book 48 hours in advance and swing by the Graduate to pick up your cooler on game day!The packages come in two sizes:
- Maroon Package, $75 (serves 4-6), $135 (serves 7-10)
- Mixed Field Greens with Creamy Ranch Buttermilk Dressing
- Potato Salad with Dijon Mustard and Scallions
- A Variety of Mini Sandwiches to include Roasted Beef, Smoked Turkey and Maple Glazed Ham with a selection of domestic cheeses
- Leaf Lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, kosher pickles and sliced sweet red onions
- Dijon and whole grain mustards, mayonnaise and Horseradish Cream
- Selection of deli-style breads
- Sweet red watermelon wedges
- Double fudge brownies and assorted cookies
