
Learn the tips and tricks to summer entertaining from one of the valley’s top chefs!
Chef Aaron Chamberlin, Owner of St. Francis and Phoenix Public Market Cafe, is offering a summer entertaining cooking class on Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25.
The session will provide guests with everything they need to know for preparing delicious dinner and drinks for friends and family. Titus Fauntleroy, mixologist at St. Francis, and Sarah Chisholm, Pastry Chef at Phoenix Public Market Cafe, will join Chamberlin for the event. Attendees will learn tips on how to execute the same meal, step-by-step.
The experience includes a summer cocktail prepared by Fauntleroy, two summer dishes from Chef Chamberlin, a summer dessert from Pastry Chef Chisholm, wine pairings throughout the meal and a recipe guide to bring home!
The Saturday session is set for 6-9 p.m. while the Sunday session is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $100 per class, and you can register online here.
