It’s your chance to be a Silent Witness and help local police identify a man responsible for a string of armed robberies in Sun City and Sun City West.
The first robbery occured on June 10, and he has a committed a total of six armed robberies at grocery stores and pharmacies. In each case, the suspect presented a handgun, ordered the cashier to open the register, and flees with the cash after the clerk complied.
Police note that the suspect is making efforts to conceal his identity by covering up in layers of clothes.
The suspect is being described as a Black male, between 5 feet 8 inches tall to 6 feet with a thin build, and wearing bulky clothing at the time of the incidents. His vehicle description remains unknown.
