Curves, Jabz Boxing and Jazzercize in the Sunset at Pinnacle Peak Shopping Center Cater to Female Fitness Enthusiasts
Whitestone REIT announced that Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women, Curves and Jazzercize in the Sunset at Pinnacle Peak Shopping Center are ramping up for the busy spring season. Providing a range of female-focused fitness options in Scottsdale, each sees dramatic spikes in attendance during March and April.
Jabz Boxing recently opened its fifth location in the Sunset at Pinnacle Peak Shopping Center and provides a 45-minute circuit workout that combines boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, plyometrics and other functional exercises used in real boxing training.
“Most women are surprised at how much they love putting on the boxing gloves and kicking and punching the bags,” explains Franchise owner Kim Pinzini. “It empowers yet calms us unlike any workout I’ve ever done, consistently produces results and continues to hold my interest through its challenging ever-changing workouts.”
Jabz Boxing is offering a 60-Day Challenge to prepare for spring as well as One Free Week, or $34 One-Month Unlimited options for new members.
Jazzercise offers high intensity workouts that mix dance-based cardio with strength training. The high-energy music and dance moves motivate participants and helps them maintain the intensity needed to burn calories, boost moods and increase energy. Jazzercise is great for groups of friends, or a way to quickly meet other healthy-minded neighbors. Classes start as low as $55 a month for women of all ages and athletic abilities.
Curves is a weight loss center specifically designed for women featuring Curves Complete, the comprehensive program that includes exercise, meal plans and coaching all in one location. The North Scottsdale Curves is known for the positive, uplifting environment it has created for women that encourage each other to reach new health goals.
Jabz Boxing, Curves and Jazzercise are located on Pinnacle Peak Road and Miller Road in Scottsdale. They each offer weekday morning, evening and Saturday classes. Jabz and Curves are closed on Sundays, but Jazzercise does offer an 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning Dance Mix Class with Karen B.
