Named Dished: Intrepid Instincts in Hospitality, this exciting and fast-paced presentation followed by a live Q&A session will feature Lauren Bailey & Craig DeMarco of Upward Projects (Postino WineCafé, Windsor, Federal Pizza, Joyride Taco House, Churn), Joe Johnson (Barnone, Joe’s Farm Grill, Joe’s Real Bar-b-que, Liberty Market) and David Birzon (Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Paradise Bakery). For example, learn why Lauren Bailey thinks vulnerability is one of the keys to entrepreneurship and how it fuels knowledge and networking.
