Hey everyone, I’m Bijou!

Listen up and let me tell you about me!  I’m 7 years old and searching for my forever home.  I’m a bit shy at first but it doesn’t take long for me to warm up to you.  I LOVE to be held and sit in a nice lap and snuggle.  I’m a very gentle lady, quiet and quite smart.  I’m fully house-trained, crate and doggy-door trained, leash-trained and I’m well behaved in the car.   I found my way to the shelter because my furry brothers and sisters were picking on me.  I don’t mind other dogs or cats as long as they are not rough and I can still get plenty of attention and affection.   I’m just a sweet and shy gal who can’t wait to find my new family.  I may not be a big dog but I’ll occupy a big space in your heart!  Come to the shelter to meet me!
