Queen Creek Unified School District names new Director of Human Resources

QUEEN CREEK, AZ, April 5, 2017- Dr. Perry Berry, Superintendent of Queen Creek Unified School District (QCUSD), announces the hiring of Patty Rogers, Ed.D. as the Director of Human Resources. Patty will assume the position of HR Director effective July 1, 2017.

Ms. Rogers has more than 25 years of education experience. Currently, she is the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Curriculum at the J.O. Combs Unified School District. Rogers has held other leadership positions including: Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment; Elementary Principal, and High School Dean of Students. In addition, she has taught 3rd Grade, High School Math, and Physical Education.

Patty received her Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She received both her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Northern Colorado University.

Patty is married to an educator and has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her great niece and nephews, going on hikes, and cheering on her children at sporting events. She is excited to join the Queen Creek community.
