Pueblo Grande Museum Hosts Last Drop-In Discovery Event of Season

Looking for some weekend entertainment the only family can enjoy? Head on down to the Pueblo Grande Museum Indian Market for a morning of cultural education and family fun!

In partnership with AZ Humanities and Drop-In Discovery Saturday with Phoenix Herpetological Society, families will have a unique chance to enjoy educational demonstrations and interactive activities.

Children and adults alike can learn about  native Arizona wildlife as well as non-native reptiles who have made their way to the desert over the past few decades. There will also be a discussion of how to stay safe and co-exist peacefully within our Sonoran Desert environment.

Families should head on down to the Pueblo Grande Museum in Phoenix on Saturday, April 15, for the event from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Museum is located at 4619 E. Washington Street. This additional program is included with the cost of museum admission.

AZ Humanities is a non-profit organization that supports programs that promote understanding of human thoughts, actions, creations, and values, and Drop-In Discovery is one of their programs.
