A 13-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital last week after being shot by a stray bullet, and now NYPD officials have identified the suspect in the incident.

Police say they would like to speak with 19-year-old Azhiem Walter in connection with the shooting at St. Andrew’s Playground in Bed-Stuy. The innocent victim was sitting on a bench when she was hit in the shoulder by the bullet.

The playground was full of kids at the time of the shooting.

NYPD has offered a $2,500 reward in exchange for information leading to Walter’s arrest.

This alarming incident was at least the 14th in a matter of two months as stray bullet shootings cause concern for many New Yorkers.
