Pioneer Title Agency’s Surprise branch, which is located at 14238 W. Bell Road in Surprise, is pleased to announce that Heather Cook has been hired as an escrow officer. In her new role, Cook will be responsible for clearing title requirements, balancing and finding transactions and ensuring that Pioneer’s clients are satisfied with the branch’s service.

Prior to her position with Pioneer, Cook worked at Equity Title Agency as an escrow officer.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside and riding four-wheelers with her two sons.

A lifelong resident of Arizona, Cook resides in Peoria.
