Pioneer Title Agency’s Sonoran Village branch, which is located at 34406 N 27th Drive in Phoenix, is pleased to announce that Helena McCune has been hired as assistant escrow officer. In her new role, McCune will be responsible for supporting the escrow officers during their daily tasks, cross-training in order to understand each position at the branch and working as a team player to make sure the office runs smoothly and effectively.
Prior to her position with Pioneer, McCune was in the real estate business for nearly 20 years. She started as a refinance desk assistant in 1996 and was soon promoted to manager her own resale desk. Most recently, McCune was an escrow manager for a boutique, broker-owned escrow company in Southern California.
McCune has received various awards within the refinance and specialty escrow production professions and has taken real estate courses in order to be knowledgeable from both escrow and real estate perspectives. She is also a member of the National Notary Association and the Arizona State Escrow Association.
In her free time, McCune volunteers for the worldwide nonprofit Soldiers’ Angels and is currently learning how to scrapbook.
Originally from Vista, Calif., McCune resides in Phoenix.
