(PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. – Feb. 16, 2017) – Pioneer Title Agency’s Pav Way branch, which is located at 2955 N. Lake Valley Road in Prescott Valley, is pleased to announce that Michelle Schimmelman has been hired as senior escrow officer. In her new role, Schimmelman will be responsible for facilitating the successful close of escrow for buyer, seller, agents and lenders, serving as a neutral third in addition to providing excellent customer service.
Prior to her position with Pioneer, Schimmelman, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate and title industries, worked at First American Title in both Anthem, Ariz., and Sun City West, Ariz., as a senior escrow officer.
A fourth generation Arizona native, Schimmelman likes to travel in her Jeep and camp along the back roads of northern Arizona, Colorado and Utah in her free time.
Schimmelman, originally from Glendale, Ariz., currently resides in Prescott, Ariz.
