
Pioneer Title Agency announces that Joyce Hendricks has been hired as an internal auditor, working out of the Surprise branch, which is located at 14239 W. Bell Road in Surprise. In her new role, Hendricks will be responsible for determining which files to audit, reviewing files for items the escrow officer may need assistance with and reviewing the results of the audit with the escrow officer.
Prior to her position with Pioneer, Hendricks began her career within the title industry at First American Title as a receptionist where she then worked her way up to escrow officer. She has also worked at Fidelity National Title Agency, Security Title Agency, DHI Title Agency and, most recently, at Grand Canyon Title Agency as a senior escrow officer.
Hendricks has an associate degree in marketing and has also completed escrow I and escrow II courses.
Hendricks, a Sun City, Ariz., resident, is a mother of two who enjoys watching her grandchildren play ice hockey.
She is originally from Paris, Ill., but has lived in Arizona since 1978.
