Phoenix Police Seek Public’s Help in Finding Thief
Phoenix police are asking for the public’s help as they continue their search for a burglar who broke into a local business and stole tools and a television.
Earlier this year, on Sunday, May 7, the suspect used a hammer to break into the front door of Magnum Industrial Distributors in downtown Phoenix (4203 W. Adams Street).
Once he gained entry, the suspect took a television and tools from the warehouse, which ships hydraulics, motors and more across the Southwest.
He was caught on camera fleeing from the scene in a damaged Hyundai sedan. The car is grayish-blue in color with faded paint on the hood and roof and damage to the front drive’s side.
Police have been unable to identify him and are asking anyone with information to come forward. Police say the suspect is described as a black male, ranging from 34 to 40 years old and 5 foot 11 inches to 6 foot 1 inch tall. They estimate he weighs between 200 and 250 pounds, with a balding or shaved head and black facial stubble.
