Paddleboard Yoga Offered at East Valley Pools

Aquatic Bootcamp– 15 min swim instruction, 15 min Crossfit swim workout, 15 min water aerobics, 15 min paddleboard bootcamp!
Participants will rotate through stations for a nonstop hour long fun workout!
$60 starting June 6th-29th. $10 drop in. Tues -7pm Thurs 8pm.

Want to Rent Your Own? Paddleboard Mat Rental from Desert Paddleboards:

The light weight inflatable mats are more stable than traditional paddleboards making them suitable for participants up to 400 lbs! They fit conveniently  between lane lines in pool or anchored together.  Ideal for aquatic therapy, bootcamps, and yoga and pilates. Rental includes bungees to anchor mats.

*Half-day rental of single mat=$15

*Full-day rental of single mat=$20

*10 paddleboard mats for 24 hours=$200

Optional: Delivery, set up and pick up=$75

Instructor=$75 per hour.
