SUBWAY® Restaurants of Arizona is pleased to announce that the Subway Restaurant located at 4326 E. Cactus Road on the northwest corner of Cactus and Paradise Village Parkway in Phoenix has been named the “Restaurant of the Month” for October 2016. This location, which beat out more than 400 of its fellow restaurants statewide, is owned by Foods 2000, Inc. and has been managed by Brandon Risinger for a year.

“Brandon is a rock star manager who always provides a can-do attitude with his team as well as his customers,” said Pete Hawkins, Foods 2000 division manager. “The team there has raised sales each week through great service and suggestive selling. Scottsdale residents Rick Ueable and Ken Clark founded Foods2000 in 1990 and have grown the business to 40 locations across Arizona. This is the first time this Subway location has won the Restaurant of the Month award, which now makes it eligible for the coveted 2016 Restaurant of the Year honors, which will be given out at the end of the year.
