Subway Restaurants of Arizona is pleased to announce that Phoenix’s own Chris Morones – representing the Subway restaurant at 2815 W. Peoria Ave. – was the was one of the top finishers at its annual statewide Subjammers contest, which is a lively tomato and lettuce-covered competition to determine the fastest, most accurate sandwich artists in Arizona. Each of the top finishers received hundreds of dollars in prizes, not to mention bragging rights. The top Arizona finisher, Katrina Wolton, will go on to the global competition in Orlando, Fla., this July, where she will attempt to take home the crown.
