NYPD Searching for Suspect in Crown Heights Shooting

The New York Police Department is continuing it’s investigation into an early Saturday morning shooting that claimed the life of a young man.

The victim was shot and killed outside a bodega at 790 Franklin Avenue in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.

According to the NYPD, officers repsonded to reports of a male shot just before 4:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, they found a 20-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

 

No arrests have been made in this ongoing investigation.
