
New York Bagels `N Bialys today announced the Grand Opening of their second restaurant, located in downtown Tempe at 922 E Apache Blvd in the bottom of the 922 building. The small college location reflects the core concept of the popular Scottsdale flagship destination, reminiscent of a New York style deli.
Since 1987, NYBB has been serving up the finest breakfast, deli meats, bagels ‘n bialys of course, and much more. NYBB’s talented, third-generation bakers guarantee everything emerging from their ovens is the best quality available. More than 7,000 bagels a day in many varieties are made right on site in the kosher bakery at the Scottsdale location and distributed across the Valley.
At NYBB, the menu showcases the natural flavors and fresh ingredients. All sauces, dressings, and desserts are house-made. Deli selections include pastrami, corned beef, rare roast beef or turkey breast, or Nova Lox Platter, including 4 each of tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, alongside sliced Nova Lox flown in fresh from New York. Enjoy a quick breakfast of an Egg-a-Bagel, your choice of ham, bacon or sausage with cheese and egg or the Classic Bagel with Smear, with house-made cream cheese. Lunch items include the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, served with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a fresh baked challah bun, or the famous Reuben Sandwich with your choice of corned beef, pastrami or turkey, house-made Russian, kraut & swiss grilled to perfection.
NYBB’s Beverage Bar includes an array of choices ranging from fresh, cold-brew coffee, available in regular, latte, mocha and flavored or fresh fruit smoothies with a variety of fresh fruits as well as yogurt, protein, vitamin and energy add-ins or espresso in regular and decaf, prepared to your liking. More traditional choices include the Guatemalan breakfast-blend coffee in regular and decaf, fresh-brewed iced tea, Pepsi products, fresh fruit juices, Dr. Brown’s Soda, energy drinks, and a variety of bottled beverages.
Desserts, all made at the Scottsdale location, are sure to satisfy and include the NY Black and White Cookie or the Brooklyn Ding Dong, rich chocolate cake layered with cream cheese filling and covered in dark chocolate, or coffee cakes and pound cakes in a variety of flavors.
New York Bagels N` Bialys is the brain child of Rush Culinary Concepts with restaurateurs Ruth Leatherman and Shelley Curtis, known for a passion and dedication to farm-fresh cuisine with an east coast flair. The Tempe restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast & lunch, Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Major credit cards are accepted and takeout is also available.
