Neighborhood Realtor Who Gives Back

Tempe, AZ By:Adam Scott

Most often a realtor is considered just a person who will help you buy or sell your home. But, as an individual who works closely with dozens of families every year they form a closer relationship not just to the families they serve but to the community or neighborhoods the do their primary business in. A real estate agent learns specific neighborhoods like the back of their hand. They often know the best places to eat, the best ways to avoid traffic and the best activities in the community. It is no wonder that as a real estate agent you begin to have the desire to give back where you see funding is limited.

As a neighborhood realtor, Brooke is giving back. She is often viewed as the person who helps you sort out all the paperwork, provides you with a number of homes to view, negotiates the best price for you and at the end of the day can help you find your dream home. She wanted to have a bigger impact on the community and the neighborhood so she decided to donate a portion of her sales back into the community.

This donation of $250 made to Kyrene de la Mariposa was made possible with the help of two of her former clients Diana and Roberto Moreno. They presented Principal Fallgatter with the check in person. The money will go to good use to buy necessary items the school desperately needs. Things like extra resources the students, funding for ongoing teacher education, upgrades in the technology and across many other areas that will benefit the schools as well as the children’s education there.

We understand how much even “well-funded” schools in the neighborhood are struggling to provide the future generations with an exceptional education.

Brooke may just be the person who hands over the keys to you to your dream home but she is also the one who wants to help ensure that your children get the best education they can get, and she actively contributes to the community in a meaningful and positive way.
