The monsoon rains have arrived!
The first big storm of the 2018 summer season came in with a bang, especially in one east side neighborhood.
Residents near 22nd St. and Sarnoff Drive were amazed to discover a large trampoline got caught in the wind during the wild weather and ended up stuck between 2 palm trees, towering more than 30 feet in the air.
Thankfully, no one was hurt by the flying trampoline, which residents say made a loud crash when it flew away in the wind.
After this incident, homeowners are encouraged to secure their trampolines by tying and weighing them down before major winds or storms.
