
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed two different Circle K Stores in Mesa.
The incidents occurred at the conveniences stores located at Dobson Road and Broadway Road, with one at the southeast corner and the other on the southwest corner.
The first robbery occurred on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at around 9:40 p.m., while the other happened at 11:50 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017. In both incidents, the suspect entered the store and approached the clerk, demanding money and threatening to use a hand gun. The clerks complied with the suspect’s demands, and afterward he fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 18 to 21 years old, about 5 foot 9 inches tall, and weighing 150 pounds. He was captured on surveillance wearing a Marvel Comics print, multicolored jacked with black sleeves and torn blue jeans.
