Market Street at DC Ranch is gearing up for gridiron action as Monday Night Football takes over Market Street Plaza on Monday, Nov. 14.
“Market Street’s Central Plaza will be transformed into a virtual gridiron of activity, with plenty of seating in front of a giant 15-foot-wide LED screen, a Game Truck filled with free video challenges for gamers of all skill levels, food, beverages, a spirited pep rally competition and more,” said Daniel Kovacevic, Regional Vice President, Southwest Region for Whitestone REIT.
Market Street Plaza Activities:
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Street Spirit Pep Rally Competition
Get in the spirit with participating groups from Copper Ridge Middle School, Desert Mountain High School and the Boys and Girls Club – Thunderbird Branch. Sparky the Sun Devil mascot from ASU will also be part of the excitement.
5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Free fun and games for the entire family
The Game Truck will be open for all football gamers, free of charge. Be sure to bring your appetite! Game-day food and drinks will be available for purchase from Market Street eateries including All American Modern Sports Grill, Grimaldi’s, Jalapeno Inferno, The Herb Box and Market Street Kitchen.
6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Game on – Giants vs. Bengals!
Watch football under the stars on a larger-than-life LED screen. Enjoy the beautiful fall weather! Seating will be provided—blankets and jackets might be a good idea, as well.
Attendees are invited to visit Market Street’s winning line-up of shops and restaurants throughout the evening. Event sponsors include Whitestone REIT, Scottsdale Men’s Shoppe and Build Strategic.
“With multitudes of NFL fans residing in north Scottsdale, we wanted to create an outdoor game-night atmosphere under the stars, teaming with fun family activities for all ages,” Kovacevic added.
