Tuesday, February 28th, 2017 marks the 26th year that Fat Tuesday Tempe will throw the biggest Mardi Gras celebration in Arizona. Laissez les bon temps rouler or Let the good times roll has been our motto for the last 26 years.
The festivities will kick off at 11 am with Zydeco music and Cajun Lunch with gumbo and Jambalaya and Po-Boy Sandwiches. Wash it down with one of 30 flavors of New Orleans Original Daiquiris on tap.
After lunch and dinner, party all night and dance on two dance floors. DJs will be spinning todays hottest dance music until 2 am.
