| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | We have been operating as a real estate developer in the Phoenix market since 1961. Our inspiration has been creating neighborhoods for Phoenix residents and families seeking reasonably priced and well-designed homes located in outstanding neighborhoods throughout our community. |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | Our biggest challenge has been navigating the periodic market downturns in the Phoenix economy while maintaining affordability for our customers. |
| Do you have a signature product or service? If so please tell us about it. | Our signature product currently is a new condominium community we are building in the South Mountain Village which features exceptional architecture with lofts, two-and three-bedroom residences. |
