| Please describe your business. | Service Pros is a family owned plumbing, HVAC and low temp service company. We serve residential and small commercial facilities. We offer services from small plumbing repairs like changing out that garbage disposal or putting in a new faucet to full sewer replacements. Our HVAC team repairs ACs, offers seasonal maintenance and/or replaces the unit that is just done! Then our Low Temp technicians repair commercial walk ins, ice machines, hood vents and reach ins as well. |
| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | In 1999 Bob and I started our company. Bob’s grandfather had started his plumbing company in 1947 in Mesa and Bob always new he would follow in his footsteps. In 2009 we moved our business from Mesa to Tempe. I grew up a Tempe girl, graduated from Tempe High and wanted to move closer to home & the kids schools. In 2011 we were the 1st company awarded the City of Tempe Slipp contract! Which 6 years later we still hold. We really enjoy serving the Tempe community and believe in giving our customers 100%! |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | In 2006 we added the HVAC division to our company, it took Bob 3 years of prior training, while running our company, but it has been worth it. Let’s face it, everyone in AZ needs AC! |
| Do you have a signature product or service? If so please tell us about it. | I would say our signature service is our staff. We hire people like us, honest and friendly.
We also offer our repeat customers the option to be a “ProClub” member, so they always receive 10% off their bill. (This also includes Veterans & Seniors citizens) |
| Is there anything else you would like potential customers to know about your business? | We are family owned and operated, we strive to keep our customers and love referrals! We don’t pour money into advertising so we are able to offer our services at a good fair price. Our technicians are fully trained, with weekly ongoing training and our vans are fully stocked to save our customers time & money. |
