| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | Having been in the real estate related field for more than 40 years, I was anxious to bring my experience to the Valley. I live here, know the market and felt I could bring a practical, experienced level of service. Buying and/or Selling a house is more than unlocking a door or putting a sign in the front yard. The biggest financial investment in one’s life deserves the highest level of professional service and expertise. |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | One of the most difficult things in this business is getting the marketplace to understand that all Realtors are not equal. The misunderstanding is that being an agent is “easy money” and everyone knows or is related to a Realtor. The fact is that only about 10% of Realtors are full time and with ever changing laws, regulations and procedures, it is quite a risk to use anything less than an experienced professional. |
