| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | Being from Chicago where the architecture is so old and so beautiful, I noticed there is a high demand in the Phoenix area for the same but a lack of properties, by comparison, to choose from. So, I decided to help people find and transplant into historic Phoenix homes as fill their hearts with a little bit of Chicago. |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | Talking people out of buying a historic home that they fall in love with that that they can’t see will be a money pit in the future. |
| Do you have a signature product or service? If so please tell us about it. | Helping Buyers and Sellers with Historic Homes in Downtown, Historic and Central Phoenix is my specialty! |
| Is there anything else you would like potential customers to know about your business? | Each historic district and every single historic home is unique to its own right and has its own appeal and influence. One of my personal analogies of historic homes in Phoenix is that these homes are like DNA – no two are alike. I help buyers and sellers with all the detailed aspects and many variables that go into a historic home transaction. |
