We promote sustainable living through education and by example. Our staff is committed to our community with integrity, creative openness and a better future for all as our priority. |
| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | Once I laid eyes on Western Avenue in Historic Avondale, I knew I would have a business there someday. When this building that had been vacant for 8 years came up for sale, I jumped on it! I wanted to share my love of growing food, creating art, recycling and sustainability with my community. Supporting my mission with the sales of coffee and other beverages seemed to make sense! |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | Being knowledgeable in all 3 areas of the business. Lucky for me, I’ve been blessed with 3 awesome ladies who each have a passion and considerable knowledge in their designated area of either art, garden or coffee!! |
| Do you have a signature product or service? If so please tell us about it. | We serve hand drip coffee. Pick your beans, we grind them and slowly pour the super hot water over it for the freshest, most aromatic hot coffee ever! We also make Dutch (a special type of cold brew) coffee for a refreshing summer drink. |
| Is there anything else you would like potential customers to know about your business? | Gardening Class first Saturdays of each month DIY craft nights 2nd Fridays Paint Night 4th Fridays Artist Receptions monthly- We usually have live music, specials and with a cool evening vibe that will remind you of Central Phx First Fridays.
