| What was your inspiration in starting your business? | The realtor who sold our house 20 years ago suggested that I get my license. She felt that I had the personality for real estate. I did, and the rest, as they say, is history. |
| What has been your hardest business challenge? | The biggest challenge I have had over the past 20 years, was the four years after the market crashed. During that time, I focused specifically on short sales. Those types of transactions are extremely time consuming and at times, can be very frustrating. I completed approximately 50 short sales during that time. |
| Do you have a signature product or service? If so please tell us about it. | My husband is a realtor ,as well as having his own construction company. We specialize in helping our clients, not only with the real estate part of buying or selling a home, but the construction aspects of either getting a home ready to sell, or doing the repairs that are needed once a home inspection is done. We also provide staging services at no cost to the client. |
| Is there anything else you would like potential customers to know about your business? | Our number one priority is providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are available 24/7 to meet the needs and expectations of our buyers and/or sellers. |
