TYLER KISSELL,  JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FOR THE UNIVERSITY LAKES J.P. DISTRICT, with the court in Chandler.  Janie Hydrick is organizing his appearance.  A native of Goodyear, Judge Kissell holds a degree in political science from Arizona State University.  He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Arizona Senate for District 12 in 2010. He has been a securities and annuities agent with a mutual fund company in Scottsdale and was a preschool teacher volunteer in South Africa. Growing up in Litchfield Park, he moved to Tempe to attend ASU.
