Paid Internships

We are excited to offer a limited number of paid internships at My Local News. Whether you are currently a student journalist, have recently graduated in a writing-related field or simply have the skills to create content, this program may be a good opportunity for you. Here are a few of the benefits of internship at My Local News:

• Your work when and where you want earning $10.00 per article + bonuses based on viewer counts. 
• All content you submit is reviewed by our Executive Editor who will offer mentoring suggestions on how to improve your skills
• You are free to pitch and pursue unique story ideas
• You will be writing local news, helping you to connect with the community 
• Your work will be shared with over 125,000 My Local News Subscribers
• You will publish under your own byline and have the opportunity to include your own custom bio.
