The Tucson-Pima County Historical Commission is recognizing individuals, firms, groups, and/or organizations that have demonstrated their interest or contribution to the preservation, conservation, or interpretation of local history, architecture, or historic preservation in Tucson or Pima County.
Having been established in 1775, Tucson boasts a rich and colorful history, and the Historical Commission aims to protect and preserve the unique culture and past that distinguish Tucson from other cities in the country.
