FSL’s 3rd Annual fundraising event will be held on Thursday, March 22 at Phoenix Country Club, located at 2901 North 7th Street, from 8 to 9 a.m. and again from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. In one hour, attendees will learn about FSL’s various programs and services and hear first-hand from clients and caregivers about how FSL has helped them gain, maintain and enhance their independence.
This year, FSL will feature a home health client and military Veteran who, without their help would likely be living in a nursing home, away from his loving wife of more than 50 years, as well as a young lady who has overcome childhood cancer and a brain injury in order to live independently in a FSL affordable apartment community.
Donna Rossi, CBS 5 will emcee the breakfast and Frank Camacho will emcee the luncheon. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. for the breakfast and 11:30 a.m. for the luncheon. To learn more about the events or to register, please visit: www.fsl.org or contact Megan Word at 602-285-0505 ext. 327.
