Do you have young soccer players in your household?

Make sure you mark August 11 and August 18 on your calendar. That’s when Yavapai College will host two free youth soccer clinics for local athletes.

This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic soccer players ages 5-15 to train alongside members of the 2018 Yavapai College men’s soccer team. These fun events are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. and continue through 10:30 a.m. The first clinic, on Saturday, Aug. 11, will be held at Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley, while the second clinic, on Saturday, Aug. 18, will take place at Ken Lindley Field in Prescott.

This opportunity is open to both boys and girls and no prior registration or sign-up is necessary. If possible, participants are asked to bring their own soccer ball.
