Delicious Factory, a locally owned and operated healthy salad, sandwich, juice and smoothie shop, will celebrate the grand opening of its first location Saturday, Jan. 21 through Tuesday, Jan. 24 with free, fresh pressed juices for customers between 3 and 6 p.m. each day. Each free juice has a $5 value.
The grand opening celebration will take place at Delicious Factory located on Mill Avenue just north of Fifth Street at 414 S. Mill Ave., Suite 101, in Tempe.
Delicious Factory serves made-to-order sandwiches, salads, burgers, flat bread pizzas, acai bowls, bagels, fresh pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, espresso, lattes and cappuccino, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
“Having grown up in the restaurant business, I look for opportunities to put smiles on customers’ faces,” said Miras Ashkotrab, part owner of the Delicious Factory. “Providing foods that make people feel good about themselves is my passion and the reason I get up in the morning.”
A dozen different juices are available at Delicious Factory and are fresh pressed at the time they are ordered. The most popular juices are Mango Tango, a mix of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and apple, and the Mean Green, which includes spinach, apple, celery, fresh mint and lime juices.
Customers have also been raving about the Mill Avenue Panini, with thin sliced smoked turkey breast, honey smoked bacon, gouda cheese, avocado and herb aioli on a butter toasted ciabatta.
Delicious Factory is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
